Bonfida Price History


  • 2020 - Price range: €0,289 - €0,469
    FIDA was introduced in December through public token sales. The price rose in the last few days of the month to about €0,469, but then fell back and ended the year around €0,300. That was about 36% lower than the peak during that period.
  • 2021 - Price range: €0,297 - €51,335
    FIDA started the year around €0,300 and gradually moved higher in the first few months. In May, Bonfida launched Solana Name Service, which let users link readable domain names to information on the blockchain. In November, the price peaked at €51,335, after which a sharp drop followed. FIDA ended the year around €3,119, about 93,9% lower than the peak.
  • 2022 - Price range: €0,191 - €3,407
    FIDA started the year around €3,119 and then fell sharply. In May, TerraUSD lost its peg to the dollar and the Terra ecosystem collapsed, causing heavy losses across the crypto market. In November, the collapse of FTX caused additional turmoil. Serum, on which Bonfida's original trading products were built, also came under pressure. FIDA ended the year around €0,271, about 91,3% lower than at the start of the year.
  • 2023 - Price range: €0,13 - €0,610
    FIDA rose at the start of 2023 and reached about €0,610 in February. After that, the price dropped to around €0,13 in the summer before recovering. In May, Bonfida stopped staking FIDA because few users participated in the gFIDA governance model. From then on, the project focused rewards more on active contributors and domain liquidity. FIDA ended the year around €0,315.
  • 2024 - Price range: €0,1548 - €0,75
    FIDA started the year around €0,315 and rose to about €0,75 in March. After that, the price fell, hitting a low around €0,1548 in August, followed by a partial recovery. In July, Bonfida announced it would continue under the name Solana Name Service (SNS) and focus on Solana domain names and digital identity. The first U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs were approved in January, an important step for institutional access to bitcoin. FIDA ended the year around €0,235, about 25,5% lower than at the start.
  • 2025 - Price range: €0,02626 - €0,31138
    FIDA briefly rose to about €0,311 in January, but then fell for a long stretch and reached about €0,026 in October. On May 13, the project launched the new SNS token, giving users more influence over the development of Solana Name Service. The existing FIDA token continued to exist separately and could still be used to register domain names with a 5% discount. On October 10, the crypto market dropped sharply during a broader sell-off and large-scale liquidations after rising trade tensions between the United States and China. FIDA ended the year around €0,030, about 87,2% lower than at the start.
  • Q1 2026 - Price range: €0,010567 - €0,03343
    FIDA started January around €0,030 and first climbed to about €0,033. After that, the price fell for almost the rest of the quarter and reached about €0,0106 at the end of March, with a small bounce in the last few days. In February, billions of dollars in bitcoin positions were wiped out across the crypto market by forced liquidations. FIDA ended the quarter around €0,0113, about 62,4% lower than at the start.
  • Q2 2026 - Price range: €0,011249 - €0,0416875
    FIDA started April around €0,0114 and rose to about €0,0417 in May. After that, the price fell back and ended the quarter around €0,0179. In April, gm.sol, a product from SNS, came out of beta and went live. That made a product within the domain and identity ecosystem of the former Bonfida project available for use.
  • Q3 2026 - Price range: €0,0143455 - €0,020593
    FIDA moved mostly lower in July and reached about €0,0143 near the end of that month. In August and early September, the price recovered, with a peak around €0,0206, before slipping back a bit. In August, SNS announced a migration of its domains. Existing .sol domains would now get the .sns ending, while eligible holders would automatically receive a matching new .sol domain. These new domains use the Solana Record Service. FIDA ended the quarter around €0,0188.
  • Q4 2026 - Price range: €0,0170463 - €0,0206184
    Through October 9, FIDA first moved up to about €0,0206. After that, the price fell before ending around €0,0184. During the same period, the SEC proposed rules on how investment advisers and funds should custody crypto assets. This was a proposal for a clearer framework, not a decision aimed specifically at FIDA.

Upcoming Technical Updates


  • Activation of new .sol domains - Expected in Q4 2026–Q1 2027 - SNS expects to activate the new .sol domains during this period. Support for finding and displaying these domains, as well as for payments, will become available gradually as wallets and apps integrate the feature. This is a next step in SNS' domain infrastructure, not a conversion of the FIDA token.
