Accessibility Statement

Introduction

The document outlines the Accessibility Policy of Finst, aimed at ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for accessibility.

At Finst, we believe everyone should have simple, fair, and independent access to digital finance. Accessibility is part of how we build our services — from design to launch.

About Finst

Finst offers a fully digital crypto-asset service platform, available on both our website and mobile app. You can sign up, verify your identity, deposit funds, and trade crypto-assets easily and securely, whenever and wherever you want. You can also track your portfolio, stake your crypto-assets, check your balance, and manage your withdrawals — all in one place.

How it works

Our platform is 100% online. You interact directly with our app or web platform to buy, sell, and hold crypto-assets. We show real-time prices, provide trade confirmations, and help you manage your assets without physical paperwork or branches.

Our approach to accessibility

We aim to meet the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and comply with Annex I requirements. Our service also follows the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard.

This means we:

  • Where possible, provide text alternatives for images, icons, and charts.
  • Support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and assistive software.
  • Avoid using color alone to share important information.
  • Use strong contrast, scalable text, and adjustable spacing for better readability.
  • Give clear error messages and easy-to-follow instructions.

Supported assistive tools

Finst works with screen readers (like VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA), keyboard-only setups, and built-in accessibility features on your device (such as text resizing and high contrast modes).

Accessible information

All key information is available in text format (HTML) and can be read aloud by assistive software.

Known issue

At this time, we are not aware of any major accessibility issues on our platform. We regularly test and review our website and app to identify and fix potential barriers. If you experience any accessibility challenges, please let us know — we’re committed to resolving them as quickly as possible.

Contact & support

Need information in a different format or help with accessibility? We’re here for you:

Our support team is trained to offer accessible communication options, including text-based and voice-based help.

Always improving

We regularly review and improve our platform to make it more accessible. We update this statement as we make changes or introduce new features.

Multiple ways to access

All information is designed to be clear and perceivable in more than one way — readable text (compatible with assistive tech). Visual or audio-only content always includes an alternative.
