  • 2019 - Price range: €0,001418 - €0,01655
    The price saw sharp swings after the launch of mainnet and the introduction of the Ankr token. The price peaked around €0,01655 in April and then gradually fell to a low around €0,001418 in November, a drop of about 91.4% from the April peak. By the end of December, Ankr was around €0,001599, with periods of recovery and new dips in between, as shown in the monthly moves.
  • 2020 - Price range: €0,0008181 - €0,01718
    Ankr started the year around €0,001599 and hit a low around €0,0008181 in April. That was followed by an upward phase with a peak in August at about €0,01718. The price ended the year around €0,007145, about 346.8% higher overall than at the start of the year.
  • 2021 - Price range: €0,006138 - €0,1895
    Ankr climbed sharply during the broad 2021 bull market. From about €0,007145 at the start of January, the price rose to a high around €0,1895 in December, with big gains in the spring and fall along the way. The year ended around €0,08761, about 1,126.2% higher overall than at the start of the year.

    After Ankr started the year around €0,08761, the price fell throughout the year to about €0,01411 at the end of December. The drop came during a year with several market-wide shocks, including the collapse of Terra/UST and later the fall of FTX, and came to about -83.9% from the start to the end of the year.

    In 2023, Ankr partly recovered from the 2022 drop. Project partnerships and RPC integrations provided extra context for the recovery.

    Ankr saw an early rebound in 2024, with a peak in April around €0,06388. In the middle of the year, the price fell back to about €0,01812 in August, after which it recovered to about €0,03377 at the end of December, a gain of about 25.5% compared with the start of the year. This period lined up with a broader market improvement after the approval of U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs in January.

    Ankr started 2025 around €0,03378 and fell to lower levels after a short rebound. The price dropped to a low around €0,00511 in December and ended the year at about €0,0055067, a decline of about -83.7% compared with the start of the year. In September, Ankr launched official 0G-RPC support, an important product update in 2025 but not presented as a direct cause of the price moves.
  • Q1 2026 - Price range: €0,0032046 - €0,0087589
    The quarter started around €0,00566 and saw an early peak at about €0,00876 in early January. After that, the price pulled back to a low around €0,0032046 in March, then recovered to about €0,0043041 at the end of March; that is a drop of about 24% compared with the start of the quarter. In Q1, Ankr kept publishing regular product news and RPC expansions.

  • Forge Vault - timing not yet known - Forge Vault is planned as an expansion of Ankr Forge that will let Ankr holders lock tokens to increase their Forge Points. Locked Ankr earns higher reward multipliers and affects qualification for future Forge Drops, making it a mechanism that controls lock behavior and allocations in reward drops.
  • ValidatorFi - timing not yet known - ValidatorFi has been announced as a Forge expansion that connects staking with Forge participation. The goal is for users to earn yield through supported validators while also building Forge Points, combining staking and reward mechanics within the Forge system.
