  • 2017 - Price range: €0.006668 - €0.1253
    In October, MANA was around €0.0067. After that, the price rose sharply and reached about €0.125 in December. From the period low, MANA climbed about 1778.7% to the peak, but then pulled back and ended the year around €0.085. In December, Decentraland also started the first auction of virtual LAND, where participants could bid with MANA.
  • 2018 - Price range: €0.03675 - €0.2419
    MANA started the year around €0.086 and rose to about €0.242 in early January. After that, the price fell for a long time and ended the year around €0.040, about 53.8% lower than at the start. In March, Decentraland launched its Marketplace, where users could buy and sell virtual LAND with MANA. During a second LAND auction in December, the MANA used was burned.
  • 2019 - Price range: €0.01741 - €0.07394
    MANA started the year around €0.040 and climbed to about €0.074 in March. After that, the price gradually fell, with the lowest point in November, before recovering to around €0.027 toward the end of the year. In the first half of the year, Decentraland's Builder became publicly available, a tool that let users create scenes for virtual LAND without coding.
  • 2020 - Price range: €0.01257 - €0.1112
    MANA started the year around €0.027 and dropped to about €0.0126 in March. After that, the price recovered strongly and rose to about €0.111 in August. By the end of the year, MANA had fallen back to €0.064, but that was still about 138.6% higher than at the start. Decentraland opened its virtual world to the public in February, so anyone could explore and join the world.
  • 2021 - Price range: €0.06229 - €5.258
    MANA started the year around €0.064 and rose sharply in the spring, with the price moving above €1 in April. After a pullback in May and June, the price surged again in the fall. Facebook's announcement of Meta as its new company name on October 28 put virtual worlds firmly on the map as a sector. MANA reached about €5.26 in November and ended the year around €2.88, more than 4389.3% higher than at the start.
  • 2022 - Price range: €0.2686 - €3.095
    MANA started the year around €2.88 and still reached about €3.09 in early February. After that, the price fell for a long time. In May, the collapse of TerraUSD caused heavy losses and financial trouble in the crypto market; in November, the fall of FTX caused new widespread panic. MANA ended the year around €0.277, about 90.4% lower than at the start.
  • 2023 - Price range: €0.2465 - €0.7687
    MANA started January around €0.277 and quickly rose above €0.70 that month. After that, the price fell back and stood around €0.25 in September. In the fall, MANA recovered and ended the year around €0.473, about 70.8% higher than at the start. In November, the SEC named MANA in a lawsuit against Kraken as a crypto asset that, according to the complaint, should have been treated as a security. Those were allegations, not a final legal ruling.
  • 2024 - Price range: €0.1988 - €0.8136
    MANA started the year around €0.473. The price rose in the spring, but fell to about €0.199 in August. After that came a strong recovery: in December, MANA reached about €0.814, before the price dropped back to €0.450 at the end of the year. The first U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs were approved in January, an important step for regulated access to bitcoin. In October, Decentraland also released an updated desktop version in public beta, with better rendering and performance.
  • 2025 - Price range: €0.09708 - €0.5769
    MANA started the year around €0.450 and still rose to about €0.577 in early January. After that, the price mostly declined and stood around €0.103 at the end of December, about 77.1% lower than at the start. In June, the Decentraland DAO received funding for Regenesis Labs, a permanent executive arm for community initiatives and open-source development. In October, the DAO voted to replace the DAO Committee; the transfer of the related Wallet permissions was only completed in 2026.
  • Q1 2026 - Price range: €0.06601 - €0.1601
    MANA started January around €0.103 and later that month rose to about €0.160. After that, the price gradually declined, with a recovery at the end of March. MANA ended the quarter around €0.0731, about 29.2% lower than at the start. In March, Decentraland released a major update for DCL Mobile, which was then being publicly tested on Android and through TestFlight on iOS. The update refreshed content discovery, profiles, and the inventory, among other things.
  • Q2 2026 - Price range: €0.05332 - €0.08703
    MANA started April around €0.0736 and rose to about €0.087 in May. In June, the price dropped sharply and ended the quarter around €0.0545, about 26% lower than at the start. During the same period, Decentraland Mobile released version 1.5 with improvements to performance, chat, and navigation, plus support for creator tools. In April, ESMA also clarified that the final transition period for MiCA would end on July 1, which meant European crypto service providers had to arrange their licenses on time.
  • Q3 2026 - Price range: €0.05346 - €0.08201
    MANA started July around €0.0545 and initially stayed close to that level. In September, the price gradually moved up and reached about €0.082. MANA ended the quarter around €0.0793, about 45.6% higher than at the start. On July 1, the final European transition period under MiCA ended, after which existing crypto service providers could no longer rely on that temporary setup to keep operating without the required license. Decentraland also released Marketplace V3 in September to fix a signature issue with canceled offers; older versions were later taken out of service.
  • Q4 2026 - Price range: €0.07744 - €0.1031
    Through October 9, MANA first moved up: the price rose from about €0.0793 on October 1 to around €0.103 in early October. After that, it pulled back and stood around €0.0828 on October 9. In early October, Decentraland reported that the old Marketplace versions had been shut down after a security issue with canceled offers. As a result, about 5% of active offers became inactive and had to be reposted on Marketplace V3; the project reported no loss of assets. The transfer of the DAO Wallets was also completed: five Council-appointed signers now manage the Wallets with at least three signatures per transaction.
