What is TARS AI (TAI)?

TARS AI is an AI infrastructure platform on Solana. It combines artificial intelligence with Web3 and focuses on AI agents, AI applications, and tokenized AI assets, among other things.

An important part is the TARS AI Market. Here, users can create, launch, and trade AI agents. Developers can choose from different frameworks and AI models to give their agents specific functions and features.

TARS AI also has its own AI frameworks, including Sona and Akira. These can be used to build agents that, for example, process information, generate code, or carry out actions within crypto applications. TAI is the token of the TARS AI ecosystem.

How does TARS AI (TAI) work?

Through the TARS AI Market, users can put together an AI agent and choose which AI framework and language model the agent uses. After creating it, the agent can be tokenized, so that its own token is linked to it.

For this tokenization, TARS AI uses a bonding curve. This is an automatic pricing model where the price of an agent token changes as more is bought or sold. When an agent token reaches a certain size, the liquidity can be moved to Raydium.

Agent tokens can be bought with SOL or TAI. TAI also plays a role as the liquidity asset for tokenized agents. A trading fee in TAI is used on transactions within the AI Market.

Agents can also connect with functions on Solana and other supported networks. Depending on the framework used, they can, for example, send tokens, carry out swaps, view market data, or use bridges.

The token functions are processed through programs on the blockchain. TARS AI does not have its own consensus network and uses Solana for processing and securing its on-chain transactions.

TAI can also be staked. Users can lock up their tokens for a certain period and receive staking rewards for it.

The original total supply is 1,000,000,000 TAI. According to the current tokenomics, the original team allocation of 100 million TAI, or 10% of the supply, has been burned.

Who are the founders of TARS AI?

TARS AI comes from the earlier TARS Protocol. In older project documentation, Paul Xu and Joesph Chueng are named as co-founders.

Paul Xu was named as co-founder and CEO, while Joesph Chueng was named as co-founder and CSO.

The project later developed into TARS AI, an AI infrastructure platform on Solana.
